Overview
Dinse Government Affairs, LLC, an affiliated business of Dinse P.C., helps clients navigate Vermont’s legislative, regulatory, and public policy landscape. Led by Warren Coleman and Matt McMahon, who bring three decades of combined experience before the Vermont General Assembly and executive agencies, Dinse Government Affairs helps clients develop and advance strategies that move their priorities forward.
Our work spans the full life of an issue: monitoring and shaping legislation, advocating before state agencies, guiding large and complex projects through permitting, and pursuing state procurement opportunities. We also help clients communicate effectively with policymakers, community leaders, and other stakeholders, working alongside their communications teams to make sure the message is right for Vermont.
Because we work closely with Dinse attorneys, including Josh Diamond, who assists clients with legal, regulatory, and public policy matters before State Attorneys General, clients can bring legal and policy perspectives together from the start.
