We help our clients navigate the complexity of Vermont’s permitting regime for real estate infrastructure and energy development. Our approach is to provide counsel that gives a level of predictability and certainty to the permitting process. We offer experienced and proactive representation for real estate infrastructure and renewable energy projects, guiding clients through the dynamic and multi-tiered permitting system.

We also assist our clients with the environmental contamination and cleanup process on the state and federal levels. Knowing how to protect our clients’ interests through assessing and mitigating risk, we represent clients in a wide range of environmental matters, including hazardous materials and petroleum cleanup, insurance claims and environmental contamination disputes. We also have strong and established relationships with the applicable state agencies and key players in the legislature, which not only gives us added insight and credibility, but enables us to work with an array of stakeholders to craft pragmatic and comprehensive solutions.
