BUILDING ON A LEGACY OF EXCELLENCE

Since its inception one hundred years ago, our firm has prioritized not only exemplary client service and world-class legal representation, but also a first-rate employee experience. We offer our staff an intellectually rigorous, respectful and collegial environment and believe that our collective attitude of positivity and open-mindedness plays a central role in our success. While we pride ourselves on hard work and dedication, we understand the importance of work-life balance and the role that plays in building a healthy, truly competent firm. Mentorship is valued highly here; we offer new staff the opportunity to learn alongside a senior attorney through our mentoring program.

At Dinse, we value our connections and our community. Our firm is embedded in the cultural and economic fabric of Vermont, and we have strong relationships throughout the state across industries and government. We are honored to play a part in helping businesses, organizations and individuals flourish here. Many of us hold board leadership positions, further underscoring our commitment to being a part of the changes that we would like to see in our communities.

WORKING IN VERMONT’S QUEEN CITY

Dinse is headquartered in Burlington, Vermont’s largest and most culturally and economically diverse city. The fact that in 2015 the city became the first in the U.S. to run completely on renewable energy speaks to Burlington’s progressive values and entrepreneurial spirit, which can be felt in all aspects of life and work here. Our firm has had the opportunity work alongside and support some of the state’s most innovative businesses in food, beverage, hospitality, renewable energy, real estate development and more. We are lucky to be embedded in an academically driven community with multiple colleges and the University of Vermont, and are merely blocks from the state’s largest and most advanced hospital and health network. Burlington truly offers the best of all worlds and we are proud to be able to serve our clients, no matter where they are, from this great city.
