Earlier this week, the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) released its final rule increasing the minimum salary level for workers to qualify as exempt employees under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).  The DOL estimates that 1.2 million additional workers will be entitled to overtime pay as a result of this increased salary level.     MORE >
