Entry to Mid-level Associate

Dinse, P.C., is offering an entry to mid-level associate the exceptional opportunity to join the firm’s busy and sophisticated trusts and estates practice. 0-3 years experience. The individual hired for this position will work closely with the partners in the firm’s trusts and estate practice and will gain experience and responsibility for drafting various trusts, administration of trusts and probate estates, charitable plans, estate and tax plans, and interactions with clients.  Applicants should have a strong academic background, excellent writing skills, and the desire and aptitude to grow into and manage a practice which is highly client-centered.  Educational background in estate/gift tax matters and income tax required.  Legal and non-legal experience in tax and demonstrated client relations a plus.
