My Approach
I enjoy helping clients solve complex problems, drawing on decades of experience as a corporate lawyer, health professional, senior executive, and community leader. I engage closely with clients, listening carefully to their objectives. I am creative and seek collaboration. My greatest professional achievements have been getting deals done successfully.
Practice Areas
My practice builds on my professional experience, focused on corporate governance, strategic planning and complex transactions, particularly joint ventures, affiliations, and mergers involving hospitals, health systems, physician groups, and nonprofit organizations.
