My goal is to help clients achieve their business goals through practical solutions tailored to their unique needs. I assist clients at all stages of the business lifecycle and offer support on a wide range of matters, including corporate governance, business formation, nonprofits, mergers and acquisitions, tax issues, and commercial transactions.
