I am a seasoned Real Estate Paralegal with more than 25 years of experience in the real estate industry, including over 20 years supporting legal practice in both residential and commercial transactions. I work closely with attorneys, clients, lenders, and title companies to manage all aspects of real estate transactions from contract through closing.

My experience includes handling complex, multi-million dollar commercial transactions, where I assist with title review, due diligence, preparation of conveyance and loan documents, and coordination of closing requirements. I am well-versed in preparing and reviewing deeds, settlement statements, transfer tax returns, and title-related documents, and in ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and lender requirements.

Real Estate

I focus my practice on residential and commercial real estate transactions, representing buyers, sellers, lenders, and developers from contract through closing. I guide clients through all phases of a transaction, including negotiation, due diligence, title and survey review, financing, and closing.

My experience includes both residential matters and complex commercial transactions, with a focus on resolving title issues, addressing access and easement concerns, and coordinating with all parties to ensure a smooth and efficient closing process.

Estate Planning

I assist clients and the Estate Planning Practice Group with the real estate aspects of estate planning and probate matters, helping to ensure that property interests are properly structured, transferred, and administered. My work includes coordinating title review, preparing and recording deeds, and addressing ownership issues involving trusts, life estates, and multi-party interests.

Corporate

In transactional matters, I coordinate the corporate components of real estate deals, ensuring that entity authority, resolutions, and organizational documents align with purchase agreements, loan requirements, and title insurance standards. I also assist with corporate due diligence in complex transactions, including reviewing ownership structures, identifying authority issues, and resolving inconsistencies that could impact closing.
