My Approach

As a paralegal in the Real Estate group, I help clients navigate the residential real estate transaction process. My experience working as a realtor has given me an intimate understanding of the process and contracts involved, and I am able to relate to clients’ and help them through their challenges. I have a special interest in title analysis, finding the chain of title of a parcel and the history it reveals interesting and intriguing.

I have twenty-one years of experience in the real estate industry, sixteen of which have been in law and primarily focused on residential and commercial real estate transactions. I also assist in the Estate Planning group with property transfers into trusts.
