My goal is to provide clear communication to our clients, conduct thorough research of and attain resolutions to any issues that may arise throughout the closing process, to draft and review documents with a high level of detail to create an exceptional work product, and to bring each transaction to a successful close.

Practice Areas

Real Estate
As a paralegal in the real estate group, I support the attorneys I work with by assisting with residential and commercial real estate closings from inception to fruition, including the preparation of transfer documents, tax returns, title reports and closing statements, conducting title searches, and coordinating with the clients and other parties to ensure a smooth and timely closing.

Corporate and Estate Planning
Additionally, I support the corporate law group with corporate and LLC formation matters and the estate planning group with property transfers into trusts.

Experience

Before joining Dinse in 2021, I worked for over 20 years for reputable law firms in Vermont. My primary focus over the years has been real estate transactions, but I have also assisted with corporate law, estate planning, and litigation matters.
