My Approach
Assisting clients in smoothly completing their closings and real estate projects inspires my work as a paralegal. Vermont’s real property laws, transactional procedures, title search practices, title insurance rules, and regulatory environment are complex and constantly changing. I help clients navigate those and achieve their goals, applying my attention to detail, a broad base of knowledge, project management skills, and a dedication to solving problems and completing transactions and projects.
Practice Areas
Commercial and Residential Real Estate, Transactions, Development, and Regulation: I have been a real estate paralegal since 1994, specializing in all aspects of Vermont commercial and residential real estate and land use matters, including acquisitions, sales, and financings, new development, owners’ associations and related declarations/bylaws, easements, state and municipal permitting and regulatory research, land conservation, and complex title research. I also enjoy assisting clients in resolving boundary and other property-related disputes. As a manager in the firm’s Real Estate practice, I strive to be an attentive, professional, and knowledgeable leader, responsive to the needs of our clients.
