Civil Litigation and Appeals

I work with the firm’s litigation group on matters involving complex commercial litigation, insurance coverage, trust and probate disputes, and appeals before state and federal courts.

Experience

• Law Clerk to the Honorable William D. Cohen, Vermont Supreme Court, 2023-24
• Previously practiced commercial and appellate litigation at a firm in Hartford, Connecticut, where I represented clients on matters involving FINRA arbitrations, internal and government investigations, business and shareholder disputes, claims against fiduciaries, governmental takings, and appeals before the Connecticut Appellate Court and the Connecticut Supreme Court.
