My Approach
I aim to take a careful, collaborative, and efficient approach when representing clients throughout the litigation process. My goal is to understand the needs of each client, provide a comprehensive analysis of the unique legal issues they may face, and serve as their advocate in a professional and persuasive manner.
Practice Areas
I work with the firm’s litigation group on a range of matters involving complex commercial disputes, insurance coverage, trust and probate disputes, regulatory matters, and appeals before state and federal courts.
Experience
- Law Clerk to the Honorable William D. Cohen, Vermont Supreme Court, 2023-24
- Previously practiced commercial and appellate litigation at a firm in Hartford, Connecticut, where I represented clients on matters involving FINRA arbitrations, internal and government investigations, business and shareholder disputes, claims against fiduciaries, governmental takings, and appeals before the Connecticut Appellate Court and the Connecticut Supreme Court.
