My Approach
Planning for the future can be overwhelming and confusing to navigate. I empower my clients by providing first-rate communication and support while developing successful solutions that work on both technical and personal levels. I ensure that in each case, clients have a thorough understanding of the hows and whys, giving them confidence and peace of mind.
Practice Areas
Estate planning
I advise individuals and families on options and appropriate methods to implement their personal estate planning and charitable goals, assist clients with estates subject to probate administration as well as administration of trusts, and advise and prepare premarital agreements. When appropriate and necessary, I also advise and assist clients in the guardianship process.
Trust administration
I advise individuals and families on all aspects of trust administration, including trust establishment and maintenance and administration, during lifetime and after death. I work with all types of trusts, including generation-skipping trusts, revocable trusts, irrevocable trusts, life insurance trusts and charitable trusts. I also advise trustees on all aspects of trust management.
Probate administration
I assist beneficiaries, family members and executors with the probate administration process of wills following a decedent’s death, including testamentary trusts.
