Biography My Approach
As the firm’s probate paralegal, it is my privilege to support attorneys and clients through each step of probate administration. With the goal of timely estate resolution, I work to ensure that the probate process is as efficient as possible, while bringing both compassion and competence to each new matter. I assist with the preparation of court filings, fiduciary accountings, and other administrative documents needed throughout the probate process, facilitate communication between our attorneys, executors, and beneficiaries, and ensure compliance with probate procedures. In addition to my probate administrative work, I draft estate planning documents for our standard estate planning practice.
Experience
Prior to becoming Dinse’s probate paralegal, I was the estate planning department’s team coordinator and legal assistant.
