My Approach
I like to think creatively in advocating for my clients. I pride myself on being diligent and thorough while communicating clearly and effectively. I strive to provide clear answers to my clients’ pressing questions and problems. When my clients need me, I’m there for them.
Practice Areas
Civil Litigation, Healthcare Regulation
I practice general civil litigation, including insurance coverage, commercial disputes, construction, personal injury, and medical malpractice.
I have a background in health policy and regulatory enforcement. My special interest beyond litigation is in health care regulation and the intersection of law and policy.
Experience
- Prior to Dinse, I worked as an associate at a Boston civil litigation firm and served as a judicial law clerk for the Massachusetts Superior Court, Hampden County.
- Before turning to law, I worked as a public policy consultant assisting federal and state agencies, including CMS, DHHS, and the Massachusetts Department of Public Health, with programmatic implementation and assessment.
