My Approach

As a corporate lawyer, I strive to develop practical solutions to assist clients in meeting their legal needs so they can focus on running their businesses and organizations. I work with clients to find efficient ways to accomplish their goals, and pride myself on maintaining open lines of communication throughout the process.

Practice Areas:

 Corporate Law and General Business Transactions

 I represent and advise clients on general business and corporate law matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital transactions, financings and general contract drafting and review.

Higher Education

 I have experience advising colleges and universities on a variety of issues including Title IX, financial aid, student affairs and policy development. I am a trained civil rights investigator with experience conducting sexual misconduct investigations.
