MY APPROACH
I grew up in Vermont and am proud to represent clients playing a role in our local economy. I counsel businesses and nonprofits as they navigate day-to-day legal questions, major transactions, and everything in between. In doing so, I focus on solving and preventing problems, thoroughly understanding each client’s current and future needs, and providing pragmatic, timely, and detail-oriented service.
PRACTICE AREAS
Corporate Transactions and Governance
I represent businesses in commercial transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, debt financings, and equity raises. I also assist with ongoing matters, including third-party contracting, entity formation and governance.
Renewable Energy Transactions
I represent investors, developers, and owners in the financing, construction, and development of renewable energy projects.
Non-profits
I counsel non-profit organizations in connection with their formation, governance, ongoing operations, and commercial transactions.
