My Approach
It is of utmost importance to me to build a trusting relationship with each client based on communication, support, and guidance. By truly listening to my clients, I am able to understand their concerns and goals for their estate plan, present techniques to accomplish those goals, and ensure that my clients have a full understanding of what I recommended and why. Listening is important during the process of probate and trust administration while guiding clients through the options, requirements, and process following the death of their loved one. This communication and support enables my clients to feel comfortable and confident throughout the planning and administration processes.
Practice Areas
Estate Planning: I advise individuals and families regarding available estate planning options and methods appropriate to accomplish their estate planning and charitable goals. Based on collaborative discussions and decisions with my clients, I then create and implement a plan unique to each client’s goals.
Trust and Probate Administration: I counsel clients concerning all aspects of trust and probate administration. I advise individuals regarding trust establishment, maintenance, and administration, during lifetime and after death, spanning across all types of trusts, including revocable, irrevocable, generation-skipping, life insurance, and charitable trusts. Following the death of a loved one, I assist beneficiaries, family members, and executors with the administration of all types of wills, from the opening of the probate estate through final distribution and closure, as well as non-probate administration of various types of trusts.
