My Approach
I strive to thoughtfully assist and advocate for clients navigating the complex and rapidly changing immigration landscape and maintaining compliance with immigration legal requirements. My practice experience includes family-based and humanitarian (T/U) immigration cases, where I developed a highly compassionate approach to legal practice. Our employer clients attract talent from around the world, and it’s very meaningful to help make the immigration process a transparent and satisfying experience for them.
Practice Areas
I work with the firm’s immigration practice group on a wide range of employment-based immigrant and nonimmigrant petitions (H-1B/H-1B-1, L-1, E-1/E-2 and E-3, O-1, P-1, TN, B-1), applications for permanent residence, consular processing, and workplace immigration compliance.
