Dinse, Knapp & McAndrew, P.C. is looking for an entry-level associate to join the firm’s litigation group in Fall of 2012.  0-2 years experience required.  The individual hired for this position will work closely with several partners in the firm’s litigation group, and will have significant responsibility for research and writing substantive motions, briefs, and memoranda, as well as the opportunity to attend and conduct hearings and depositions, and to handle cases with supervision.  Applicants should have a strong academic background, excellent research and writing skills, and the desire and aptitude to represent the firm and its clients in adversarial proceedings.

Applicants should have a strong academic background, excellent research and writing skills, and an interest in business law. Experience/education in taxation preferred. Non-legal experi­ence in business or tax work and demonstrated client relations skills a plus.

Dinse, Knapp & McAndrew, P.C. is looking for an experienced attorney to join the firm’s litigation group immediately.  4-6 years of litigation experience required.  The individual hired for this position will work closely, at a senior level, with partners and associates in the firm’s litigation group, and will have significant responsibility for developing and implementing strategy in complex cases, as well as assuming an independent caseload.  The individual hired must have the ability to prepare excellent written work and to represent the firm and its clients effectively in hearings, depositions, and other adversarial and non-adversarial contexts.  Applicants should have a strong academic background, excellent research and writing skills, and demonstrated oral advocacy and client relations skills.
