The individual hired for this position will be a mid-level associate with two to five years of experience in health care regulatory, transactional, reimbursement, and/or compliance issues. Experience representing health care providers such as academic medical centers, hospitals, home health agencies and long term care providers is desired. We seek applicants with outstanding academic credentials, strong legal research experience, transactional experience, excellent oral and written communication skills, and a commitment to providing the highest-quality client service to join our practice team.

Dinse, Knapp & McAndrew, P.C. is seeking a mid-level litigation associate. The individual hired for this position will work closely with partners and associates in the firm’s litigation group, and will have significant responsibility for developing and implementing strategy in complex cases, as well as assuming an independent caseload. The individual hired must have the ability to prepare excellent written work and to represent the firm and its clients effectively in hearings, depositions, and other adversarial and non-adversarial contexts. Applicants should have a strong academic background, excellent research and writing skills, and demonstrated oral advocacy and client relations skills.
