Afi Ahmadi Authors Chapter on Commercial Lending
Afi Ahmadi authored a chapter on Vermont commercial lending law and practices for the first edition of Commercial Lending Law, A State by State Guide, published by the American Bar Association in July, 2009. Mr. Ahmadi regularly represents Vermont banks and secured lenders in financing transactions, as well as out-of-state lenders in connection with Vermont laws affecting lending activities.

Leigh Cole authored a chapter on Immigration for Students & Scholars for the book Annual Review of Higher Education Law & Policy: Major Developments from 2008, to be published in March 2009 by the Council on Law in Higher Education (CLHE). Leigh Cole edits Immigration Handbook
The American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) is finalizing its 2007-2008 Immigration and Nationality Law Handbook, published each year for AILA's annual conference. An AILA member and Senior Editor of the Handbook, Leigh Cole has been asked to review and comment on articles on current topics in immigration for nurses and other health care professionals, participants in training programs, professionals in speciality occupations, and PERM labor certification, among others, for this year's edition.
