We serve as legal advisors to general counsel, institutions, businesses and defense counsel on immigration matters, seeking practical solutions to immigration issues. Many of our clients are in-house counsels, human resource managers, or international education professionals.
We also represent clients in removal proceedings and consult with counsel and clients regarding potential immigration consequences of criminal matters.
Immigration for business and healthcare: Our Immigration Group supports immigration regulatory compliance and human resources management for employment of international personnel at colleges, universities, primary and secondary schools, health care facilities, businesses and nonprofit employers.
Education immigration: We support international student and scholar services at colleges, universities and secondary schools.
Many of our clients don’t employ immigration staff in-house so we provide a full range of support including answering routine questions, developing policy, analyzing scenarios presenting immigration issues, and handling immigration cases. Other clients have in-house immigration staff so we provide guidance and legal analysis as needed in new types of matters they have not encountered before, complex matters beyond their expertise, or sensitive matters for which legal counsel lends additional precaution for institutional decision makers. We offer consultation and we handle immigration applications either on an hourly basis or on a fixed fee or monthly retainer basis, to suit the needs of our clients in the most cost effective manner.
We represent clients around the United States and the world, using our state-of-the-art electronic information systems and paperless practice model. We offer initial client meetings face-to-face regardless of location, through internet conferencing.
