Our domestic relations practice group represents individuals in matrimonial, child custody and other family law matters. We assist clients with prenuptial agreements and estate plans to address financial issues related to new marriages and divorces. Many of our representations involve substantial estates in divorce, guardianship and other probate matters. We also offer mediation services in domestic relations matters.
