Description of Practice:

Nancy K. de Tarnowsky is a member of the firm’s Business Group and her practice is focused exclusively on estate planning, probate administration, trust administration, guardianships, and charitable giving.  Ms. de Tarnowsky advises individuals and families regarding options and appropriate methods to implement their personal estate planning and charitable goals and establishes those plans.  Ms. de Tarnowsky also assists clients with estates subject to probate administration as well as administration of trusts.  In those cases where a guardianship may be appropriate, Ms. de Tarnowsky advises and assists clients in that process.  Retirement plans and corporate organization, including LLCs, are areas in which Nancy has substantial experience and which impact estate plans.  Before admission to the Vermont bar, Nancy was the senior estate planning, corporate and retirement plan paralegal at this firm and a firm in Tampa, Florida, for a combined 22 years.
