Description of Practice:
Nancy de Tarnowsky is a member of the firm's Business Group and her practice is focused primarily on estate planning, probate and trust administration. Ms. de Tarnowsky advises individuals and families regarding appropriate methods to implement their personal estate planning goals. In addition, Ms. de Tarnowsky advises and assists clients with estates subject to probate administration and with administration of trusts. Ms. de Tarnowsky also practices in corporate organization and has experience in the areas of retirement plans and commercial transactions. Before admission to the Vermont bar, Ms. de Tarnowsky was the senior estate planning and corporate paralegal at the firm for 10 years and the senior retirement plan, estate planning and corporate paralegal for 12 years at a firm in Tampa, Florida.
