Description of Practice:
Mr. MacIlwaine joined the firm as an associate in September, 2008, after graduating from Vermont Law School, where he served as a Dean’s Fellow for the Legal Writing Department and research fellow for the Environmental Tax Policy Institute. His practice focuses on civil cases, including professional malpractice defense and commercial litigation.
