Description of Practice:

Kendall Hoechst is a member of the firm’s litigation group.  Prior to joining the firm she clerked for the Honorable
William K. Sessions III in the United States District of Vermont.

At Yale Law School Ms. Hoechst was a member of the Worker and Immigrant Rights Advocacy Clinic and the Veterans Legal Services Clinic, both part of the Jerome N. Frank Legal Services Organization.  As part of the Marshall-Brennan Constitutional Literacy Project, she taught New Haven high school students Constitutional Law and coached them in preparation for a national moot court competition.  She was also a member of the Yale Journal on Regulation. Finally, Ms. Hoechst received the Francis Wayland Prize for proficiency in preparing and presenting a case in negotiation, arbitration, and litigation.
