Mr. Scherr is a native of Vermont. He joined the firm's litigation practice in November 2010 after serving as a judicial law clerk to the Chief Justice of the Colorado Supreme Court. His practice focuses on civil litigation, including medical malpractice defense and matters relating to commercial law. He also works with the firm's education practice group.
