Description of Practice:
Mr. MacIlwaine joined the firm’s litigation group in 2008 after graduating from Vermont Law School. His practice is devoted mainly to the defense of professional malpractice and construction defect claims and he also represents insured clients in a variety of liability actions in State and Federal court. Mr. MacIlwaine is also a member of the firm’s Real Estate, Environmental, and Land Use litigation practice group and regularly handles matters before the Environmental Division.
